Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
At gym, going up and down the stairs to track.
OHS 95# first round and first 8 of second, then went down to 85#
1 - 3:21
2 - 5:14
3 - 3:51
4 - 4:24
5 - 5:03
21:55 total
