Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press (135)
Pull-ups (1st, set dead hang and kipping, all the rest butterfly kipping)
Body weight back squat (135)
1)7,17,15
2)8,24,12
3)7,20,12
4)5,19,15
5)5,17,12+8
about 2-3 minutes rest between each
I could have squatted more reps as far as strength goes, but was too winded.
