Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) (I did 2 x 15 lb. dumbbell thrusters)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps) (I did 55 lbs)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps) (I did 55 lbs.)
Row (Calories)
Man this is a hard workout for 18 minutes! Even with reduced weights, I had to stop in the middle of each set. I have my work cut out for me.
