Fight Gone Bad - row

Warm up:
Pull ups
GHD situps
back extensions
OHS with bar

4 rounds of 1 minute each:
Wall ball 20#
Sumo D/L High Pull - 65#
Box Jump 20"
Push Press - 65#
1 minute rest
repeat x 4

This is a hellacious workout and I didn't even do the rowing! Had to rest in all subsequent rounds during 1 minute, then wrecked my car leaving the gym.
