Squats - Turkish Get-up

started to continue with Hatch Squat protocol but felt a "tweak" in lower back. Probably shouldn't have done squats after yesterdays workout.

Did some pull-ups
practiced turkish get-ups since Pure Austin has a large selection of kettlebells

did some push presses (50 fast)
