Snatch Practice at CCF

having the platform makes a HUGE difference in confidence

50 Kettlebell Swings (M/24kg & W/16kg)
60 Sit Ups (abmat situps) (had to anchor at around 40)

need to work on stamina w/those sit ups and burpees

(Endurance is oxygen utilization over time, Stamina is energy utilization)
