30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (subbed thrusters with 2 - 20# DB)
1 - 5:54
2 - 8:22
3 - 9:32
4 - 8:41
5 - 8:45
(running upstairs to treadmill between sets, and back down after 400)
